first of all, i agree with the previous reviewer. velvet?! no, more like cheap blanket material. also, these curtains are ivory (off-white) not white as advertised (they are also advertised as a pair, but were actually only one panel). THEN.... returning these drapes has been a nightmare! in order to even start the refund process, you must email the company within a 7 day time frame, relative to the day your shipment was recieved. no problem, i did that. but beware, they will make YOU pay the return shipping, which cost me about $12. after about a week or so, i recieved my refund. im out the shipping, both ways, so NOT having these drapes has cost me 17.99. unbelievable.Velvet Ruffle Curtain 104" X 84" Pair - Kids - NewArrivals Overview
