Initially I thought these grommets were metal, I guess I was tricked by the color "brushed silver". To my surprise they were PLASTIC, and I ordered 16 boxes of them! I was really upset, but they ended up working in the end. They are holding up my 18 foot curtains and you can hardly tell they are plastic from afar.
