I got an E-mail asking me to review this item, but I never recieved this item! I ordered it and got the wrong design plus there was only one "finial" in a fleur de lis design and not a leaf design. I followed the instructions to send it back for a replacement & this time I did get two - again in the wrong design... so again, I followed the instructions & sent it back, for a replacement. Figured I'd give them one more try, and you know what?! They REFUSED to send me another! They actually said: "Hello from Amazon.com.
I'm very sorry to hear that your replacement order contained a wrong item, as well. Since it's likely another replacement would arrive incorrect, I won't trouble you with another replacement order."

Please write back to us with the following information:
1. The description of the item you actually received in your replacement order
2. Did you receive the exact same wrong item in the original as well as the replacement order
3. Exactly how the item you received is different from the item you were supposed to receive (e.g., different model, different color, etc.)
4. The model number or UPC for the item you received"
SO... they wanted me to give them all this info on my time, but they REFUSE to send what I'd paid them for & had to return TWICE... I told them, without profanity or rudeness, albeit with some slight sarcasm what I thought of this... no reply. This is the first time I've ever had any trouble with Amazon. Don't even bother ordering these holdbacks, but you know what?! I also ordered the matching curtain rods & got the right ones on the first try: go figure! Sigh.
