This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering on Amazon!! Not only did the company take forever to send the product, but when I received my curtain rod, I discovered it was not what I had ordered at all. It was completely different than what I had ordered. I got the package on a friday, after business hours, and will have to wait until Monday (make that Tuesday, as Monday is a holiday) to contact them. After a very long process of trying to figure out the problem for myself, I realized that not only was my product mislabeled on the amazon website, but many of their products are mislabeled on amazon. The pictures do not match the product names on many of their curtain rods. The rods that all look the same in the photos, except different colors, are all named different things....ie, some are called "wire twist double rod" and others are called "twisted spiral double rod", even though they are identical in the photos, except for their color. This is how I believe I got the completely wrong product. I am very frustrated and will never buy from them again!!!! Now I'm stuck trying to ship the mess back to them!!! Oh and P.S. They can't even spell "twisted or Spiral" correctly!!!
