Pros...- Blocks out light pretty well
- I was able to order it from Amazon
Cons...
- You need one that's bigger than you might think, to cover the middle and the sides. This was the largest width I could find on Amazon for the required length, and though it covers the window there's light leakage on the sides and I needed to use a binder clip to keep the middle together
- "gums" to itself. After about two months up, I went to separate the curtains and found that where it had been binder-clipped, the material had gummed together and left a translucent spot where I separated them
Oh, and be sure you have your own curtain hooks, as this doesn't come with them. (Wasn't an issue for me, as I used my old ones.)
All in all, it still works OK but I guess to get really good blackout curtains like at nice hotels I'll have to spend a lot more. :-/
