I paid eight dollars for these, with free shipping, and it was a bargain. They are pretty heavy and do not pass much light through and do offer a lot of privacy. A nice feature is that 3" hem at the bottom that can be let down to add another 3" to the overall length. There's also a small hem remaining so all you have to do is remove a few stitches and iron it out. I see the current price is a little north of eighteen bucks and I would say wait for a price drop because that's a bit too much. The only downside is the manufacturer recommends dry cleaning only and in this house out in the desert that just isn't going to happen... which is why I'll take my chances on washing them because I didn't pay a lot.
