The reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 was because they included a drawstring pull that was cheap and not appropriate for this rod, which holds very heavy curtains.The other Kirsch rods we own had sturdy pullers, this has a puny one, which will undoubtedly not serve the job well. The instructions indicated the same strong pull we have on the others.
So I will call Kirsch on Monday and have them send out a proper part.
