Empress Luxe Silk Solid Wide Width Lined Drapery Review

I ordered these recently, and the curtains themselves are actually even more beautiful than the pictures. They're silky, slightly textured, and with a subtle shine. The "Basil" color I ordered is slightly darker and perhaps more "olive" than in the picture, but it's beautiful and still works within the room as I had wanted, so I'm very happy with how they look.
On the down side, I ordered them because they were the shade I wanted, and LINED, and as the other reviewer pointed out, both curtain and lining are very thin. They're definitely not all that effective in blocking out light.
I was also unhappy to realize that each panel was sold individually. This is totally MY idiocy, however, because yep, it's listed right there in the product attributes that each package is just one panel! So yeah, I feel dumb.
However, honestly, I probably wouldn't have bought these if I had realized that. I wanted a set of curtains, the picture looked nice, presto. Instead, I now have a curtain rod with a single curtain panel hanging from it while I wait for the other one, and at more than double the price I was intending (even though these are so gorgeous that with the markdown they're still a great deal).
So be sure to note -- to have a set, you need to buy TWO of these. Which means that you'll be paying twice the amount listed total, plus individual shipping on each (and I thought $9 shipping was really excessive, as well).
But hey, I love them, I'll be glad to have two panels hanging in my window. (Eventually!)
