This rug is very nice for the price. It's not ultra soft, but it isn't rough. For $39 is one of the great deals on Amazon. The colors shown in the pictures are accurate. Just note that on black carpet (which I knew going in) you can see every little thing - dust, lint, anything. I have been in the process of redecorating my home, with a contemporary Master Bedroom, and this fit the bill on a budget. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because when it was delivered, it was as if it was folded instead of rolled, so it took some time for the fold lines to relax.Thank you Amazon & Home Dynamix!
