Maybe I didn't read the fine print, but these grommets are plastics. I read the title as pewter and didn't expect them to be real pewter just the color. I did however think they would at least be some type of lightweight metal. They weren't. On the up side, they were super easy to use (no sew and comes with template). I actually used them on a panel of blackout material. I used the grommets to hook onto plastic hooks behind some sheer-ish curtains.
