I ordered this same swag in white from another company and was very pleased with the product. However this swag must have had a defect because it does not fan the way it was suppose to. The slits were to high on the swag which causes it to ball up at the top when you put the ribbon in it. Not pleased with the quality of this swag. There was definately a defect in this product.Robin
