This product is excellent at keeping out the cold and light. We had two of the longer ones (purchased from another store) in our bedroom, and saw the temperature go up overnight and the amount of light in the am go down.That said, don't order this version expecting to actually get the "Alfred" curtains. I needed 3 matching curtains of this (shorter) version, and instead received 3 Eclipse curtains with another name. In fact, I received two different substitutions for my three curtains. I'd tell you what the names were, but all three were blacked out in hopes that consumers wouldn't notice.
So if you're looking for a quality curtain, Eclipse Thermaweave is the way to go. Just don't buy these; there's a good chance you'll receive substitutions--matching or not--and who knows whether those substitutions are worth the price listed here for the Alfred's.
